We put our Christmas tree up yesterday. I wanted to make hot cocoa, sing Christmas songs and have a good time with the family. That sure didn’t happen. The house was a bit messy. I ignored it. My son didn’t like the Christmas music or helping “fluff” out the tree. My threenager kept hiding her stuffed animals in the tree. This morning I found Pinky Pie in my tree!
Even though putting the tree up yesterday didn’t go exactly as planned I sure am happy this morning, sitting on my couch, sipping my coffee and looking at the lights. I am definitely in the Christmas spirit and ready for all things Christmas!

LOVE those Christmas leggings! Are they supposed to be ‘ugly” – because I think they are so fun! I want to wear them now – glad they are prime for shipping!

That owl sweater is the winner for me! My husband and I saw a similar “Meowy Christmas” cat sweatshirt in Wal-Mart over the weekend and I almost talked him into wearing it to our family dinner. It would have been so funny!

I’ve been shopping for the perfect ugly sweater for holiday season races. I found one the other day that I loved, but not in my size. 🙁 I actually do like those navy/black leggings with the white deer and the red Christmas design. I’d wear those!

The leggings are a really cute idea if you don’t want to wear an over the top sweater. I like the idea of wearing a basic black dress and red leggings.
