Fun & Easy Duck Tape Keychains

I really love how simple these Duck Tape Keychains were to put together. I have such a hard time finding the flash drives that I use for blogging and school in the bottom of my pen bag. I can’t seem to find them whenever I need them. So frustrating!

I was crafting with this Duck Tape and realized I could easily make a keychain and use that keychain for my flash drives. No more digging around. The best part is that this project is fun for back to school! Everyone needs a keychain!

The best part of this craft is that it’s fun and easy to make. Your kids will love helping you out. My kids love crafting!  We’ve spent hours on making flower pens one year for Mother’s Day.Duck Tape Key Chains. I really love how easy these are to make. My kids loved putting these together.  Duck Tape Keychains —You need:

  • 2 Duck Tape rolls
  • Scissors
  • Keychains (found these at Walmart in the craft section)
  1. Section out about 12-14 inches of tape. Fold one side to the middle. Then fold in half again.

2. Add a keychain

3. Using the other color of tape you chose, cut out about a 2 inch piece and use it to attach the 2 ends.

I love how this fun project turned out. I even took the floral tape and added a tiny bit of it to my pens as an embellishment.

    I have never used duck tape for anything other4 than fixing things. It would be great if they had a pattern that looked like a road, essentially a black tape with a yellow line down the middle. That would be a fun thing to put on the floor for our kids to use their hot wheels on.

      David, you gave me a great idea. I have yellow paint sharpies. I could use sharpies to make the yellow line down the middle for the roads. Thank you! I bet my nephews will love this idea!
