Erin Condren Life Planner Review

Why You NEED an Erin Condren Life Planner Right Now!

I really love the idea of being organized. Having all my tasks, appointments, bills written out and being able to cross items off my list daily. My problem–I had 3 different planners. I had a calendar for my bills, a daily planner and a blogging planner. I wasn’t good about using my daily planner and while searching youtube for “planner hacks” I came across several Erin Condren Life Planner reviews. I was hooked! The planners were beautiful, pages were bright and colorful and I loved the layout.Erin Condren Life Planner. Personal review and how I am using it to combine 3 different planners.

The difference between my other planners and my Erin Condren Life Planner is simple. I can fit all 3 different planners into one! I now have one beautiful planner that I can use to manage my daily life (work schedule, home, meal planning, and cleaning) as well as my blogging planning and I use the monthly view as my bill pay calendar. Having all 3 calendars fit into one has made me more organized, efficient and happy!

How the Erin Condren Life Planner Works

You can customize your cover and if you get bored you can easily change it out and order a new one! I don’t think I’ll ever grow tired of my cover. I love the color and the quote!

Each month has a colorful page with a quote. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see I posted pictures of the different quotes. They are fun and inspiring! There is also a space for notes at the beginning of each month. Great place to have a written editorial calendar if you’re a blogger or list of meal plan ideas for the month. Or maybe just your list of monthly goals and the game plan to achieve them! See how beautiful and inspiring the Erin Condren Life Planner pages are! Monthly View

I use the monthly view to track my bills. I don’t do anything fancy. In fact, if you want to see my bill-paying system you can head over to Adventures of a Frugal Mom, where I guest posted! I highlight our pay days, and fill in the bills so that I pay them before they are due. After a payment has cleared, I use a red pen to go back and cross out the item. Super easy! I really love how the monthly view is laid out and having room for notes on the side. Monthly view of the Erin Condren Life Planner. A great way to track your bills and pay them on time! Weekly View

The weekly view is organized a little different than any other planner I’ve ever used. I had to brain storm on which method was the best way to use this view and I got it figured out! The top box I use for my “Home” category to fill in anything that I need to take care of anything around the house- cleaning, organizing projects and such. The middle box is my “blogging” category, I use this to list my blogging tasks. The last box is my “To Do” category, I use this to catch any miscellaneous tasks and errands that need to be done for that day. The bottom of each weekly view has space for me to write in my work schedule and any appointments. Each weekly view has an area on the left side to write in–I use this for my weekly meal planning. The Weekly View of the Erin Condren Life Planner. This is a picture of my first week using the planner. Some people really like using tons of stickers and washi tape. You can check out etsy for of stickers. I am trying to keep it simple. Plus, I have tons of stickers in my scrapbook supply stash! The most important part for me is that I can capture everything that is going on in my busy life: birthdays, work schedules, bill paying, the never-ending blogging tasks and all my “to-do’s” and appointments. My Erin Condren Life Planner is so valuable to me and is helping me keep organized in a fashionable way.

The back of the planner has a pocket folder and a clear ziplock like bag to hold items. I like having the space to hold invites and stickers. The only problem I came across is that the ziplock like bag is sometimes really hard to open.

Along with my planner order, I also bought the sticky attachment pen holder and a set of Erin Condren pens. I really like the pen holder but the pens I would not buy again. I just do not like how they write, I feel like the ink does not come out evenly if that makes any sense. Instead of the Erin Condren pens, I use sharpie pens, they don’t smear and I love how they write.

Overall, I really love my planner. It looks beautiful and professional and fits into the bags or purses I usually carry. I love that “my brain” is all in one place now and I don’t have to go searching for 3 different calendars. Erin Condren Life Planner Review.
