I am super excited to share this frugal valentine gift idea. My best friend gave me a heads up that Burt’s Bees Carmel Apple lip balm was unmarked clearance at Walmart for .29 cents! Down from $2.97. I was able to find quite a few in my local San Antonio stores, and I’m sure there are more out there! 
I found a super cute printable that I could match up with the balm over at U-createcrafts.com, you can find this exact one here.
I cut down the printables to the size I needed and made a hole with a hole puncher. Then added some curling ribbon. So easy! 
I bought 2 bags of candy from Walmart, one bag of lollipops and a bag of mixed chocolate candy. Use coupons! I bought the cute ziploc bag from Dollar General, 20 for $1. 
I really love how they turned out and think everyone will love receiving a lip balm and some sweet candy for Valentine’s Day!
