Tips & Tricks to Feel Healthy

Ever have those crummy days? You know, greasy hair, no makeup still in PJ’s in the late afternoon. (I’m totally raising my hand right now!) It’s not like its a bad day. It’s just that the day gets away from me us.

Whether you spent the day  cleaning, writing blogs posts or wrangling around your 3 yr old (again that’s all me) or laying in bed waiting for the cramps to go away–you deserve to feel happy and healthy!

I use these tips and tricks to help me feel healthy all month long. Even during cramps and those icky days!

I don’t know about you but for me it’s just about impossible to feel healthy and beautiful with greasy hair & cramps! It’s gotta be one or the other. Think I’d prefer the greasy hair!

Anyway for those days I don’t feel like myself I like to make myself feel better. A few things I try are:I use these tips and tricks to help me feel healthy all month long. Even during cramps and those icky days!

Doing my hair. Having my hair done makes me feel “put together”. Feeling “put together” helps me feel better. I use my flat iron to make my hair smooth, sleek and shiny. Trying something new with my makeup. I keep my makeup routine pretty simple but when I need that extra pep in my step 😉 I’ll try out a new tutorial. Youtube is my favorite place to find hair and makeup tutorials. I’m a visual learner. And hair and makeup is almost like a foreign language to me. Takes me FOREVER to figure out how to do it right! Who’s with me?

Walking on the treadmill. Exercising actually helps when I have bad cramps. I totally don’t feel like exercising but I know I’ll feel better afterwards. What I do to motivate myself is pick out a movie on Netflix and walk at 2 mile pace while watching a show. I’ll also check out blogging webinars when I walk. I love feeling extra productive- walking & getting some blogging education out of it!

My absolute favorite thing to do when I’m not feeling like myself is relax while lying on my heating pad! I have one I bought at a drug store about 4 years ago, or you can try a DIY heating pad. Nothing beats lying in bed with a heating pad binge watching my favorite show. (I’m trying to finish Nurse Jackie!)

Tenga nunca esos días de mala? Ya sabes, el cabello graso, sin maquillaje todavía en PJ de la tarde . (Estoy totalmente levantando la mano en este momento!) No es como que es un mal día . Es sólo que el día se aleja de nosotros.

Ya sea que pasó el día de la limpieza, escribir entradas de blogs o jugar a su hijo de 3 años ( una vez más que es todo yo) o tendido en la cama esperando a que los calambres se vayan – que se merece para sentirse feliz y saludable !

Yo no sé ustedes, pero para mí es casi imposible sentir sana y hermosa con el pelo grasiento y calambres ! Tiene que ser uno u otro. Creo que prefiero el pelo grasiento! De todos modos para los días que no me siento como yo, me gusta sentirme mejor . Unas pocas cosas que trato son :

Arreglando mi cabello. Tener mi pelo hecho me hace sentir hermosa . Sensación de hermosa me ayuda a sentir mejor. Yo uso mi plancha plana para hacer mi pelo suave, liso y brillante . 

Probar algo nuevo con mi maquillaje. Puedo mantener mi rutina de maquillaje bastante simple, pero cuando necesito que Pep extra en mi paso ? Voy a probar un nuevo tutorial. Youtube es mi lugar favorito para encontrar tutoriales de peluquería y maquillaje. Soy un estudiante visual. Y el pelo y el maquillaje es casi como un idioma extranjero para mí. ¿Quien está conmigo?

Caminar en la cinta. El ejercicio realmente ayuda cuando tengo malos calambres. Estoy totalmente no tengo ganas de hacer ejercicio, pero sé que voy a sentir mejor después. Lo que hago para motivar a mí mismo es escoger una película en Netflix y caminar al ritmo de 2 millas mientras ve un programa. También voy a echa un vistazo a los blogs webinars cuando camino . Me encanta la sensación de caminar adicional productivo- y conseguir algo de educación blogs fuera de él!

Mi cosa favorita absoluta hay que hacer cuando no me siento como yo es relajarse mientras está acostado en mi almohadilla caliente! Tengo uno que compré en una tienda de drogas hace aproximadamente 4 años, o puede tratar de una almohadilla eléctrica de bricolaje. No hay nada mejor en la cama con un atracón almohadilla térmica viendo mi programa favorito. (Estoy tratando de terminar Nurse Jackie ! )
