• Drink lots of water for hydration
• Prep area for a quick transition from application to relaxation

Cellulite Body Wrap

Researchers tend to disagree on cellulite’s cause. However, most acknowledge that circulation will minimize its appearance. To banish unwanted dimples and lumps, try a mixture of coffee grounds and olive oil. When applied to the skin, caffeine acts as a stimulant tightening the skin and increasing collagen production. Olive oil serves as a moisturizer to smooth and hydrate the skin. To apply the cellulite-busting duo:

• Wrap the targeted area (tummy, hips, and thighs) in plastic.
• Leave on for 30-60 minutes and rinse.

Separately, the ingredients have a range of benefits. Together, they accelerate the removal of toxic waste. Dissolve Epsom salts in a sink of steeped tea. and take the following steps.

• Cut an old sheet into strips and soak the pieces in the mixture.
• Start from the ankles and work your way up to the legs, thighs, and belly.
• Wrap the sheets in plastic and lie in a comfortable place to sweat it out for an hour before rinsing.

Weight Loss Body Wrap

To jumpstart your weight loss program, start with bentonite clay. This substance (also called montmorillonite) comes from volcanic ashes. It works by absorbing and eliminating toxic-filled liquid from the body. In fact, a 2016 trial study discovered a direct link between bentonite clay and weight loss. A clay and seaweed mixture will help boost metabolism.

• Use warm liquid to make a paste.
• Apply the mixture in thin layers, covering the body with plastic after each application.
• Put on a layer of warm, loose clothing and leave the mixture on for an hour.

Centuries-old research provides evidence of ginger’s circulatory powers. The herb produces healthy sweat and gives the immune system a boost. Applied correctly, a ginger-soaked wrap will get the blood flowing pretty quickly.

• Boil freshly-grated ginger and allow it to warm.
• Soak a towel in the liquid and apply it to the desired area.
• Wrap the area with an elastic bandage and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

Muscle Relaxing Body Wrap

If you suffer from tired, achy joints, wrap your body in chamomile and Aloe Vera to ease inflammation. Research shows that chamomile calms muscle spasms and relieves aches. It is particularly effective when combined with the healing powers of Aloe Vera to reduce inflammation and soothe joint pain.

• Mix chamomile and Aloe Vera gel in a basin of warm water.
• Dip towels or sheet strips in the mixture.
• Place the cloth on the target area and relax.

After the Wrap

Do not leave a wrap on longer than an hour. When the time is up, immediately unwrap the covering, rinse your body with warm water, and moisturize the skin with lotion. Replenish the body with another glass of water. Skip fried and sugary foods for the remainder of the day.

You can make countless wraps to detox, tighten, nourish, and soothe the skin. The suggestions listed above are simple, inexpensive, and effective.
