Last week I posted our Incredibles 2 Watch Party, you can check it out by clicking here. This week we’re continuing on with all things Incredibles by hosting an Incredibles 2 Family Game Night.
Family Game Night can be tricky when you have little ones who don’t understand board game rules and older kiddos who don’t want to play simple games.
Luckily we had Incredibles 2 Play-Doh to keep the girls busy while the board games were set up.
Before our game night I prepped cups full of Incredibles 2 Goldfish snack crackers! I love how these had the Incredibles theme and they were a perfect after school snack to hold off hunger until dinner.
The Incredibles 2 Play-Doh edition had the cutest mold of Jack-Jack. The girls had so much fun creating play-doh Jack-Jack babies!
We set up two games: The Incredibles Save The Day Game and Incredibles 2 Monopoly Junior.
I enjoyed playing Monopoly Junior because my youngest (she’s 5) could play along side with us. If you read this last post you’ll see how Gabby loved Violet in the movie. Gabby of course, chose to be Violet in the game. The board is smaller than the traditional Monopoly board so the game is shorter.
We also played Save The Day Game. The Incredibles family has to use their powers to protect the city and save Jack-Jack! This game is for kids ages 6 and up. It’s more of a strategy game based on the unique powers each character has.
After the snacks and games some of the kids chose to color on Incredibles themed coloring pages while we finished the movie. I think my nephew Jayce did a fantastic job coloring Dash. Dash is my favorite character of the Incredibles 2 movie, and Jack-Jack is my second favorite!
Our Incredibles 2 Family Game Night was a hit!
You can have your own Incredibles 2 Family Night, go out and buy the DVD Blu-Ray release of Incredibles 2 which is out today, Tuesday, November 6th.
