Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book Giveaway

I am so excited to be hosting a  giveaway for the  Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book by sisters Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett!!

I found Trim Healthy Mama when I read a post by Crystal Paine from Money Saving Mom  she said she stopped doing THM because she lost too much weight! Now, I had heard about Trim Healthy Mama on Facebook and Pinterest, but never really looked into it. Well, after reading Crystal’s post I checked it out, that really grabbed my attention!

• Everything is explained in great detail and you don’t need any special ingredients to start.
• Best of all you don’t have to leave out entire food groups!
• You are encouraged to start out small, join the FB group and start losing 🙂
• This eating style is family friendly-what I am planning to eat I can feed to my kids and husband!
