Last year (2020) I quit my gym memberships and started working out at home. We set up a small home gym area in the garage with an exercise mat, weight bench + weights, treadmill and a stationary bike.
I realized I could stay safe, work out and save money. Win, win, win, right?
Well…yes. But, I have missed a few things about the gyms I used to go to: sauna room and group yoga classes.
I met Yoga instructor, Liz Herra at a local gym and immediately loved her Yoga classes. Liz was very down to earth and made me feel confident even though I was a total beginner with Yoga.
If you’re in San Antonio be sure to follow @ZenSweatandCheers so you can keep up with outdoor events like Yoga by the pool!
If you’re not local you can connect with Liz and all of her Yoga classes online.
