I know so many of are having a hard time with positivity/attitude/mood right now.

I was talking to a friend today about how every day feels the same and how the “sameness” can be demotivating.

My friend shared how she felt the same exact way.

Then, I read this post while scrolling through IG and I felt so much better. I know I’m not alone in feeling this way.

Quarantine Edition: things to do when you feel sad

  • Read a funny book or check out a hilarious website.This book is so funny: I Love Everybody (and Other Atrocious Lies): True Tales of a Loudmouth Girl
  • Call or Facetime your grandparents. My grandma had no filter. She was either insulting or hilarious.
  • Take selfies on snapchat.
  • Do your hair and makeup. My beauty board on Pinterest has tons of great ideas!
  • Listen to your favorite music & relax.
  • Read your shifters.
  • Read your kids a book.
  • Play a game.
  • Walk your dog or play with your cat.
  • Bake – try a new recipe. I’m thinking giant cookie in a skillet.
  • Make a hot cup of coffee or tea.
  • Get on Pinterest.
  • Cuddle with your husband or significant other.
  • Take a nap.
  • Eat dark chocolate.
  • Watch a comedy.
  • Re-arrange your furniture.
  • Remember your first kiss.
  • Watch a Ted Talk.
  • Listen to a new podcast.
  • Tell someone how much you adore them and why.
  • Meditate or pray.
  • Make a list of anything or anyone you’re grateful for.
  • Watch videos on Tik Tok
  • Learn a Tik Tok dance
  • Learn a new skill on Skill Share.
