April 30th 2021
We made it to the last day of April in year two of a pandemic. How are you holding up? It’s been a process, huh?
Personally, I can see a silver lining this year. I’m back in school (after being out for 10 years) and I was able to take Biology, Chemistry and Microbiology as online classes. Meaning NO LABS!
What’s your silver lining this year?
Onto the tips…..
Positivity tip:
If someone doesn’t like you, that’s on them, not on you. In other words, don’t kill yourself trying to people please to get people to like you. When someone doesn’t like you it actually has nothing to do with you. It’s all about them – their perceptions and judgments. And that’s okay.
You don’t have to be for everybody. Be yourself, be happy and you’ll attract the right kind of people into your life.

I love simple salad ideas. My goal is having a salad at least once a day. A side salad with dinner with any of these ideas would be the perfect way to start.
